Low Jia Hui, or Rixou, is the artist and creator of Pandora’s Scar. She joined TCZ Studio as an emerging local talent and participated in the production of comics anthology ARENA Sci-Fi vol.0 (2009).

Presently, Jia Hui serves as a project manager as well as mentor within the studio. She is also a part of Comics Society (Singapore) and the Singapore Doujinshi Group.
