BIOGRAPHY

Geoff Richards is a British born comic writer, who currently calls Singapore home. He works with a variety of individuals who posses the real talent when it comes to making comics, including Pencillers, Inkers, Colourists and Letterers from all around the world. Between them, they manage to bring his wild ramblings to life in a coherent way.

Comic-writing provides a welcome distraction from the world of academic writing, although only one of those past-times actually pays the bills. His writing tends to mix wild escapism with an underlying reflection of environmental, political and social issues. Although, you may have to look pretty hard to find those things amongst the rampaging violence and brutality of the worlds he creates.

His first comic, Herd, is a fantasy adventure featuring Stone Age vampires and the unfortunate humans who share the world with them. It is illustrated by Peter Habjan, and published by Floating Rock Comics. The first story arch, consisting of four parts, is due to complete by the end of 2020 (he hopes). Hot on the heals of Herd is his second comic series, The Hidden, due for release around August 2020. Prepare for a cyberpunk adventure of epic proportions!
